Details:

http://www.nongnu.org/avr-libc/user-manual/group__demos.html

Last paragraph mentioning stdio usage. The LCD4Linux link is dead.
Additionally, it redirects to an invalid address on my browser:
https://www.bulix.orgprojects/lcd4linux/. Fixing this link does not result in
a valid page.

The link wanted is probably https://lcd4linux.bulix.org/.

Follow-up Comment #1:

The actual URL in the documentation source is:

<a href="http://ssl.bulix.org/projects/lcd4linux/">LCD4Linux</a>

However, their redirection is broken, resulting in the URL you
mentioned.

We can fix the avr-libc documentation, but you might want to
report it to them as well, so they could fix their broken
redirection,

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #50017 (project avr-libc):

I've emailed the administrator of the site. Either it will start working in
the near future, or switching to "httpS://" does the trick as well. Cheers!
