Fix make distcheck errors.

Thanks for spotting it, I didn't have the time to analyze it
yet.

I'll make another attempt within the next couple of days.

Btw., given all those changes (also wrt. GCC 5.x), I'd vote
for calling the new release 2.0. Any objections to this?
